How to clear your cache (Windows users)

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the Chrome settings menu in the top right corner (square button with three horizontal lines)

    > Select "History" from the menu that appears

     
  2. On the settings page for History click the "Clear browsing data" button. 
     
  3. Check the box next to "Cached images and files" (all other boxes can be left unchecked)

    > Then in the box next to "Obliterate the following items from:" select "the beginning of time"

     
  4. Click on "Clear browsing data"
 
 

Edge

  1. Click on the Hub icon in the top right corner of the screen (three dots)
     
  2. Click on the History icon (looks like a clock)

  3. Select "Clear all history".

  4. Check the boxes next to both "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files".
    (Everything else can be left unchecked)

  5. Click "Clear" to confirm.

 

Firefox 

  1. Click on the Firefox settings menu in the top right corner (square button with three horizontal lines)

    > Select "History"

     
  2. Choose "Clear Recent History" from the menu that appears
     
  3. Check the box next to "Cache" (all other boxes can be left unchecked)

    > Then in the box next to "Time range to clear:" select "Everything"

     
  4. Click "Clear Now"

 

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the settings menu in the top right corner (menu icon looks like a gear) > Select "Safety"
     
  2. Then select "Delete browsing history"
     
  3. Check the box next to where it says "Temporary Internet files and website files" (everything else can be left unchecked)
     
  4. Click the "Delete" button to confirm
