How to clear your cache (Mac users)

Google Chrome

  1. Click on "Chrome" in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
     
  2. Select "Clear Browsing Data.." from the drop-down menu.
     
  3. Check the box next to "Empty the cache" (everything else can be left unchecked).
     
  4. In the "Clear browsing data from this period" drop-down menu, select "Everything".
     
  5. Click "Clear browsing data" to confirm.
     
  6. Restart or refresh Chrome.

 

Firefox

  1. Click on the "History" in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
     
  2. Select "Clear recent history.."
     
  3. In the drop-down menu for "Time range to clear" select "Everything".
     
  4. Check the box next to "Cache" (everything else can be left unchecked).
     
  5. Click "Clear now" to confirm.
     
  6. Restart or refresh Firefox

 

Safari

  1. Click on Safari in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
     
  2. Select "Preferences" > Then click on the "Privacy" tab.
     
  3. Select the option to "Remove all website data".
     
  4. Click "Remove now" to confirm.
